In simpler terms that means you can get Deus Ex GOTY for $2.49. If you wanna splurge a little and get both games it'll run you $4.98. What's the point of all this? In conjunction to the lower price of Deus Ex, at the moment there is a mod called Deus Ex: Revisionfree on GOG!
The other method is to set -hax0r in the command line. That should work through the steam library, deus ex, launch settings.
